TARGET DEMOGRAPHIC

Starter Pack users will be younger with less life experience. They may be in school or in the middle of a major life change. They will tend to be tech savvy people who will actually use digital resources. Our users will especially be people with the energy and smarts to learn a new skill on their own, but who don’t know where to begin or how to stay on track.

Starter Pack users want to feel assured the tools they choose are what professionals would recommend. They want to stay committed to improvement by picking one specific strategy and not overloading themselves with distractions.

Lessons

It’s better to be simple with purpose than complex without reason. The login, account creation, and quiz features originally planned weren’t needed for the majority of users. Let users access the value and content without added bloat.
